Exercise (based on Tai Chi, Chi Kung, NeiKung and  Taoist meditation), Nutrition, and Way of Life Recommendations are included in his work.

LUCIE KÖNIGOVA has studied, practiced and taught yoga and yoga therapy in the tradition of Sri T. Krishnamacharya under the tutelage of several inspiring and experienced teachers, mainly Sri A.G. Mohan, Indra Mohan and Ganesh Mohan (www.svastha.com), her main teachers. Lucie is also deeply grateful to Marcela Mikešová (www.iyengar-joga.cz), Paddy McGrath (www.paddy.yogaholidays.net) and, in all honesty, to all her students. Lucie believes that the purpose of yoga is to heal and to be peaceful with and in oneself and that we can often go further through surrender rather than effort. She encourages reflection and self-enquiry in students who are interested in going beyond the physical and the obvious. (www.yogina.cz)

KATA ISZAKI found yoga 3 years ago. She has come across  many  great teachers who  have  helped her to understand that yoga is not only about asanas but rather it is about learning to live presently in every moment  of one's life.  Yoga is a path where we learn and understand ourselves with humbleness and respect. Kata has Yoga Alliance 270 hour teacher training program where she studied about this ancient wisdom. Her aim is to show this beautiful path to others and bring balance into our busy life.

JULIE LIPSKA has five years of experience with the practice of yoga and is continuously deepening her knowledge. She has participated in many workshops, courses and seminars in Prague and Paris. Her latest and very intensive training experience has been a prolonged stay in Mysore, India where she studied with two yoga gurus. Her personal practice follows the Ashtanga tradition but in her classes she gains inspiration also from Hatha Yoga and Anusara Yoga. The focus is always on the needs of each individual and preparing a tailor-made program. Her approach consists of asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing) and relaxation exercises and integrates the body, breath and mind.

DENA AU COIN was raised in the United States and is relatively new to Prague.  She has had a long career in education as well as her yoga practice and is ready to share her passion with Europe.  Dena’s style has an emphasis on deepening awareness of the body, and understanding of alignment principles. The movements are flowing and knowledge of the basic poses is assumed, with posture variations and breathing practices to help you deepen your experience.

KARINA BOLAN believes in bringing yoga to life as part of our everyday routine. Through her classes, she aims to help students face the stresses of a hectic and uncentred life. Students are encouraged to turn their attention inwards, develop at their own pace, and ultimately build an integral understanding of the body and its needs. Karina's own yoga journey spans over a decade of study and practice with yogis from around the world. Her individual approach to each student provides a level of engagement beyond the typical yoga class. After all, when the student is ready, the teacher appears.

ALYONA KIRNISTKAYA has been practicing yoga for 7 years. She is a former ballroom dancer, but at the age of 17 she discovered the beauty and the power of yoga. It helped her to deal with the back injuries and other health issues.  Going deeper into the Yoga practice she learned to listen to herself, to find harmony in life and to enjoy every single moment of it. Day by day, she is developing the practice and discovering more and more opportunities, given to us by this insightful sacred system. In her classes she uses different yoga techniques, majority of classes are dedicated to Vinyasa Flow Yoga with a variety of breathing exercises.

ERICA FUEZES began studying Hatha yoga at the age of 20 and has spent many years learning and understanding yoga through different angles. She believes yoga can be used as a complementary practice to any physical or mental activity. Practicing the postures, breathing exercises and meditation makes you healthier in body, mind and spirit. Yoga lets you tune in, chill out, shape up -- all at the same time. She is the mother of two little boys and offers pre- and post-natal classes as well as yoga for kids
